Clay-Greene's service department is dedicated to exceeding our customers' expectations in providing the highest quality maintenance and repair service in the industry. We can help solve your problem with any equipment from our complete product line, from packaged pump stations to electrical controls and chemical feed parts. We can also service most other equipment in the water industry, whether it was purchased from Clay-Greene or not.
We offer both on-site service, as well as service here in our shop. On-site service offers you the convenience of having one of Clay-Greene's friendly, experienced service technicians visit your facility. Many repairs and other service needs can be performed on-site during the initial visit.
For repair and maintenance needs of smaller products that do not require an on-site visit from a technician, some items may be shipped to our full-service shop in Birmingham, Alabama. The capabilities of our facilities allow us to quickly meet your needs to full satisfaction and return your equipment to you. At the Clay-Greene service department, our goal is to efficiently diagnose and solve your problem in order to minimize your downtime during servicing and keep your operation running smoothly.
Preventive Maintenance
In addition to our on-demand services, we also offer a preventive maintenance program which provides regularly scheduled maintenance and inspection on your equipment. This service contract provides you with preventive service at a cost much lower than emergency on-demand repairs, and can help prevent a minor problem from becoming a very expensive major one. The Clay-Greene service contract keeps you in control of your equipment by keeping you up-to-date on its condition, extending product life, and lowering costs.
